Our congregation welcomes you to St. Matthew's Church
At St. Matthew’s International Lutheran Church, we welcome you just as you are. Regardless of your age, creed or nationality, no matter how you choose to live your life, our door is always open. Come and say hello, meet new people, pause for a moment, and connect with God. Or if you prefer, you can grab a coffee, play ping pong or make some music.
Our Church staff and members share a vision for a people-centred community that embraces diversity and creates a safe place for people to explore their spirituality. What matters to us are the things that unite us and bring us together. People from all sorts of different religious backgrounds come here. Many of them don’t even know what their affiliation is. What we practice here is everyday ecumenism.
Everything we do at the St. Matthew's International Lutheran Church is shaped by the wishes, ideas, gifts and vision of the people who have come here from elsewhere.
